Village of Fowlerville Residents:

Thank you, we appreciate your kindness, understanding, and patience as we work through the issues and changes with the garbage service.

After entering a contract with a company that did not meet the expectations of the Village of Fowlerville and the expectations the residents deserve, the Fowlerville Village Council entered into a contract with The Garbage Man, LLC, located at 2000 Burkhart Road, Howell, MI.

The trash day for the Village will remain on Tuesday’s. 

For recycling and large items, please contact the office of the Garbage Man via telephone 810-225-3001 or the website: www.thegarbagemanllc.com   They will make all the arrangements with you.

*Large items include any additional trash bags outside of your curb cart. If it does not fit in your curb cart than you have to contact The Garbage Man directly to schedule a pick-up.

 If you would like to recycle, they will order a recycle cart for you. The cost is $20.00 per quarter and recycling is picked up every other week.  Please call or contact them at least 24 hours in advance for large item pick up and costs.

*TRASH CART UPDATE*
You will receive your new permanent black trash cart (The Garbage Man)
by the end of October. 
1 cart per address, if you require additional carts, you will need to contact The Garbage Man. They are an additional charge of $96 per cart per year.

You can use your orange cart until you receive the black cart.  Orange carts will be picked up after you receive your black or by the end of October.
